2. What Harmonily is
Harmonily measures facial proportions from a photo and shows scores. The results are estimates for personal insight. They are not medical advice, not a diagnosis and not a statement about your worth. Please use Harmonily only if you are at least 16 years old.
3. Free and Pro
A free account includes one front and one side analysis and the Harmony score. Harmonily Pro is a one-time purchase for the account: Simulate, the personal Plan, the AI scores (Angularity, Dimorphism, Features) and unlimited scans. The price shown at checkout, including any launch price, is the price you pay. There is no subscription. Pro stays available for as long as Harmonily is offered.
4. Payment and money-back guarantee
Payment is made through Stripe or PayPal. Pro is unlocked immediately after payment. We give a voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee: write to nexzrtiktok@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase and we refund the price in full. Your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Please give a correct email address. You can delete your account at any time in the app (account menu, "Delete account").
6. Your photos
Only upload photos of yourself or photos you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, and no unlawful content. How we handle photos is described in the privacy policy.
7. Referral and creator programme
Friends who sign up with your invite link can earn you a share of their purchase and, after 15 confirmed sign-ups, a free Pro. Creator codes are agreed separately. Only real friends count: a confirmed email address, no throwaway mail service, at least one analysis, and no repeated sign-ups from the same network or the same small mail domain. We may stop or change these programmes, remove Pro and refuse payouts in case of abuse or fake accounts.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for Harmonily to be available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted use. We may improve or change the service, the scoring and prices for future purchases.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and only for the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability under mandatory law, for example product liability, remains unaffected.
10. Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected.
